This Privacy Policy explains how VibeSmith (“VibeSmith,” “we,” “us”) handles information across two products: the VibeSmith Studio website at vibesmith.studio and the “VibeSmith for Suno” browser extension (“the Extension”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how each product works.

The VibeSmith for Suno browser extension

Short answer: the Extension does not collect any data. It operates entirely inside your browser and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or usage data to external servers.

Permissions

The Extension requests a single permission:

• Clipboard read — When you click the “Paste from VibeSmith” button on Suno’s create page, the Extension reads your clipboard to retrieve the lyrics, style tags, exclude styles, and title you previously copied from VibeSmith Studio, and fills them into Suno’s form fields.

The Extension only reads your clipboard when you explicitly click the paste button. It does not:

• continuously monitor your clipboard;
• store or log clipboard contents;
• send clipboard data (or any other data) to any server;
• use cookies, local storage, analytics, or tracking of any kind.

Where your data goes

All Extension functionality happens locally in your browser:

• You copy lyrics from VibeSmith Studio — stored in your clipboard by your browser.
• You click “Paste from VibeSmith” — the Extension reads from your clipboard.
• The Extension fills Suno’s form fields — the data stays in your browser.

No data leaves your computer.

The VibeSmith Studio website

When you use the website to generate lyrics, we process the information needed to provide the service:

• Account information — If you sign in, we store your email address and basic account details so we can save your work and manage your plan.
• Content you enter — Prompts, artist references, and other inputs you provide are sent to our AI providers to generate lyrics, and generations may be saved to your account so you can revisit them.
• Payment information — Purchases and subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers; we keep only the billing records needed to manage your plan and credits.

We use this information solely to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party services

VibeSmith relies on a small number of trusted providers:

• AI model providers — to generate lyrics from your inputs.
• Stripe — to process payments and subscriptions securely.
• Suno — the Extension helps you paste content into Suno’s own website, which is governed by Suno’s own privacy policy.

Children’s privacy

VibeSmith is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
